Frozen Raw Pet Food
Frozen raw orders are available for Auckland local delivery only.
- Minimum order: 5kg
- Order cut-off: 10am, Monday to Thursday
- Delivery: Next working day where available
- Rural delivery: Not available for frozen products
Orders placed after 10am Thursday or over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Storage on Arrival
Please transfer frozen products to your freezer as soon as they arrive.
If your order arrives slightly thawed but still cool to the touch, it is safe to refreeze.
Air-Dried Treats & Barkery Products
Our non-perishable products can be shipped nationwide across New Zealand.
- Courier: Overnight tracked service
Air-dried and barkery items may be shipped separately from frozen raw orders.
Delivery Access
For safety and liability reasons, couriers cannot enter properties, access buildings, place orders inside freezers, or enter areas where pets are loose.
Please make sure your delivery location is safe, accessible, and shaded where possible.
If Something Goes Wrong
If there is ever an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We value long-term relationships with our customers and will always do our best to make things right.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on frozen raw pet food.
We do not offer a palatability guarantee. If your dog is a fussy eater, we recommend starting with smaller quantities before purchasing larger amounts.
