Refund policy

❄️ Frozen Raw Pet Food

Due to the perishable nature of frozen raw products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take every care to ensure your order is packed and delivered in optimal condition.
However, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or
  • Provide a safe, shaded location for the order to be left

Once an order has been delivered, Rawco is not responsible for thawing due to delays in bringing the product inside.

If your order arrives significantly compromised (e.g. warm to the touch or leaking), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the issue.


🥩 Air-Dried Treats & Supplements

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened items.

We may offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • There is an issue with quality

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos where applicable.


📦 Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.


🐶 Palatability

We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on your dog’s taste preferences.

If your dog is new to raw or air-dried feeding, we recommend starting with smaller quantities before committing to larger orders.


💳 Refunds (if applicable)

Where a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 2–5 working days for processing
