Place your order before 1pm Monday - Thursday and we’ll dispatch it for next day delivery.

Orders placed after 1pm Thursday through Sunday will be packed over the weekend and dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Minimum Order Quantity: 5kg 

Delivery Area: Due to the perishable nature, we cannot deliver frozen items outside Auckland or to rural addresses at this time.

Check the Temperature: Upon arrival, ensure the raw pet food is still cold to the touch or partially frozen. If it feels warm, don’t refreeze it. Provided the food is still cold to the touch, at 4°C or below, you can safely refreeze and use as normal.

Please note we do not receive any compensation from couriers for late deliveries or damages due to the nature of the product.  Any replacements are sent at our expense.

Please remember that we do not enter properties where your pet is doing their job proudly by protecting your home, also we can’t place orders directly in freezers or access buildings due to liability.

In the rare event that there is any problem with your delivery, you can be fully assured that we will do everything possible to make it right. We value and seek long-term relationships with our customers. All manner of concerns will be addressed to the best of our ability.
